i fishd this place a few times now and had them up to 15lb but hopefully wen im there this weekend 48hr session i hope i can have a 20lb er and my break my PB which is only 19lb 6oz.. but wen i go fishign here i come with my mate RHYS and he has at 4 twentys out of the carp pool.. thanks to clive the rest..

Hello people I used to fish Leighton pool many many moons ago 30+ years ago well before the present owners had it.
This pool was always a good pool and I had many many hours,days and indeed years of fine fishing here. This is the pool that got me addicted to fishin for big Carp.
I visited the pools some 18 months 2 years ago it was the first time I had been there for many years.
I was very shocked to see what had happened there but not in a bad way.
To be honest I was and am very impressed to see what you guys have done to the place.
It looks absolutly amazing.
I will be back to these pools to do some serious fishing even though I am in a wheelchair and I am looking forward to it in 2009.

2nd time fishing the Tinca Pool we caught 104 fishing between us and i had 98. They were all between half a pound to 3lb. Rudd, Roach, Tench, Crucians and bream. Definately go back !! |

Visited the lynton pool last week tipping down the with rain we had great catch i had 2 carp common 7lb 3oz, mirror 4lb 7oz and cousin had 4 carp 2 common 14lb 9 oz, 13 1/2 lb 2 mirros 13lb 7 oz, 8lb 10 oz and 2 sturgeon 5 1/2 lb, 7 lb 3oz. Brillent little pool will visit again. |
